Get two free slices of "Thick Cut Pork" by customising any Gourmet Creations burger using in-store kiosk. Tested at McDonald's O'Connor, said they don't have that ingredient so added two free slices of bacon instead. Can combine with free extra sauce & salads (tomato/lettuce/onion/beetroot). Not sure if just this store or nationwide, anyone else tried it?

Yeah you're probably right, looks like bacon in the picture. It's listed on their kiosk as a different ingredient to the usual bacon though. After ordering they let me know as they didn't have any of the "thick cut pork", they had just added regular bacon instead.
Looks more like Japanese Chashu in ramen to me. lol. I expect Bacon to be more red but this hues more brown like cooked meat.
Maybe they are working on a McRamen.. ;)

It's been removed now but they had free chipotle pulled pork on the gravy fries as an option in the app, you could add 5 portions for free but I didn't bother applying it because it's not on any of their menu items and even if they had it I wouldn't trust the freshness. Might have been able to score some freebies like yourself though.
