    Mine (last order GHD) was dispatched on 5th by ASOS and we received on 13th. My only concern was the delivery guy has left the package outside visible to all. Luckily my wife was home and she collected it immediately. If you don't receive by promised delivery date than immediately contact them.

      I ordered the GHD styler in the last special: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/35448 on 02/12 and arrived 12/12.

      The packaging was a bit shabby and the security seal was broken so I was not going to accept it on principle. I have sent a few emails to ASOS over the past 24 hours and we have come to a satisfactory resolution.

      ASOS have shipped a brand new one out today via express post so I receive it in time for Christmas. They also agreed to refund the cost of postage for me to send initial item back to them. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I couldn't be happier the way they handled this issue.

      The free postage is exceptional value. I can't believe how expensive it really is to post via Australia Post. I have been to the post office to get the price to return the GHD styler back to ASOS and it costs $40 to send it via registered post.

      Don't hesitate for even a moment ordering from these guys. They are great.

  I ordered mine on the 3/12 and was shipped on the 3/12 but still nothing yet, damn I hope I get it before XMAS otherwise the Mrs's present is up in the air :(
