If you can wait, you can usually find refurbished units on Dell's outlet for $100 less. And as new ones for around $70 less. I bought a refurbished one and absolutely no issues, pretty much as new actually.

  It has HDMI inputs, but not any speakers.
  (I have been using one for 3+ years for work, no issues so far, crystal clear image, still going strong.)

    I've checked the manuals. There is no audio out but there is a Dell soundbar option (via USB)
