Yeah. That's for the actual real $17 sale which expired at the end of last year. It's currently not on sale for $17. As per the 31/12/2020 expiry date on the price ticket which is in the photo it's expired. There is no deal here.

I bought rtx 2080 super 13 months ago for $1030, it came with a 1tb bonus ssd. Isn’t 3070 only slightly better than 2089 super?
3070 is comparable to 2080 Ti. It's the 3060 Ti that's slightly faster than 2080 Super.
Trying to get a 3080 is such a pain. The only ones I've found in stock are way overpriced and the website doesn't have good reviews. I should have pulled my finger out and gone for a 3080 fe at launch

Apple stuff does retain its value better in general. But in this case you couldn't get any lower in price, so it's like buying a $1000 car. You can drive the car for a whole year and still sell it for $1000 because you basically can't get any cheaper. That's a tip if you need a cheap car for the medium term and don't want to pay rental fees haha
@rhino015: Yes Apple stuff does retain value better but an $8000+ monitor depreciates, while this monitor is likely to appreciate (gain value) 😂
