    You can upgrade the 2.5 SATA HDD to 500mb for an additional $36 I think it's worth the extra.

    Anyone own one of these and can comment on their usability? I'm looking at upgrading my ageing Xbox running XBMC. It's great, but can barely decode 720p, let alone HD. It looks the goods on paper - specs here http://www.astone.com.au/index.php?productID=26

    Plays everything, but it can erase all the data stored in the internal hdd

    I've had 1 over a year, same price but 250GB HDD. Works a treat. Drawback: after some 3mths the HDD developed a loud whirring sound on start-up, which lasts 10secs. Last mth the sound disappeared! Recommended for: 1) portability, small enough to fit in shirt/pant pocket 2) built-in programs which can play a lot of Asian/HK movies which other Media Players will require additional d/load before playing.
