After noticing HN had the bundle for $467 I went down to Dick Smith to see if they would beat the price, I ended up walking out with the 250Gb Console + Kinect, Kinect Your Shape, Kinect Adventures and he threw in the Kinect Motion Sports all for $465 total! BARGAIN!!

No it isn't cause Dick Smith have a price matching policy. Bring in the ad from HN and they'll beat it, 10% off the price difference.

That's just bullcrap, they didn't list any exclusions (only way how they can riggle out of this is if this is a bundle that DS dont stock, as in a boxed bundle with the games and kinetic in a special box)
Same with EB. I got told that the bundles are deals specially priced for individual retailers and that they won't price match any bundle whatsoever.

So basically this was just a deal you negotiated…how is this a "bargain" for everyone, negging this until you produce the receipt for price matching at least. Otherwise its just you bragging about what a good deal you got.
True, otherwise getting a deal from stores can be so annoying, when the Rep. or Staff make strange (Mostly annoying) faces, when you ask them good prices. Proof is a must.

Your title mentions HN deal but it seems you got a better deal at DSE. Unless I misunderstood you, your title should mention your deal of $465 at DSE.
