Not sure why I didn't see this one on OzBargain as BigW had this for a few weeks.
It was out of stock in most BigW but they've received new stock recently, just bought one for XBox 360 at BigW Mc Arthur Central in Brisbane.

The Band Hero Super Bundle is the pick as apart from the game, instruments are the same as Warriors of Rock (then buy Warriors of Rock for cheap somewhere else).

Good to know that all Band Hero instruments are compatible with the Rock Band serie as well.

  good for u.. i saw this from bigw website last week. i searched the whole south and north brisbane and i only can find limited stock status in northlakes store. i went there last sat to try my luck but they have ran out. I went to JB Hifi on wednesday for the 6-8pm sales and found rock warriers super bundle is on sales for $127.20 i wanted to get band hero as i m a more pop music person.. blame xmas for all the sales everywhere.. LOL~

  If you haven't bought from JB, I think BigW McArthur still has Band Hero stock

  Be careful with broad statements like "Good to know that all Band Hero instruments are compatible with the Rock Band serie as well." Not everything works with everything, it varies from console to console, and from game to game.

  Yeah I checked that link before and Band Hero instruments are effectively working with all Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii versions (sorry not talking about PS2…) and Rock Band versions (1, 2, 3, Green Day, Lego, Beatles).
  Anything else I would have missed?

    Can't access RockBand.com at work unfortunately, so I can't check. I just seemed to remember cross-compatibility on the Wii being a bit of a mess. If these newer drum kits, etc, fix that then that's great.

      I think that there where issues with the first Guitar Hero World Tour bundle, but that's the beauty of the Band Hero bundle, cheap and compatible with pretty much all Guitar Hero and Rock Band games

  I think GH:Warriors of Rock for $159 is a better deal imo
