Why does this have 10x less Watt than all others from supercheap? What's the difference in application?

  • +1

These aren't actually as bad as they sound/look. The low wattage means it lacks torque and it's slows if you push down too hard but you shouldn't be pressing it too firmly anyway. I have used one a few times and it's ok for simply polishing but not for cutting/buffing.

Can you use these to wax cars or is that a different machine/pad?

    • This does the elbow grease of removing dried wax residue.

  • Buy an extra pad and you'll be fine. One to 'wax on' and the other to 'wax off'

    • Thanks Mr Miyagi 🥋

      • Is that you Daniel son?

        • You can have your pebble back

  • Better off waiting for when they have a sale on the Rockwell dual action polisher. This one will probably leave swirl marks

    • It’s orbital.

  • Buy two of the range of these rockwells for 75 bucks according tot he site as well

  • After 30mins of using this your arms will drop off and leave you. Mine which I got a few years ago (looks identical) just went to the dump this morning.

    • Did you buy this again today? hahaha

Do you have skinny girl arms

You might need to start lifting and eating big bro

      • There are enough douche bags in the world already, no need to make another.

        • Working out = being a douchebag?

        • @Hinee:

          Not all douchebags workout

          And

Not all that workout are douchebags

…but the there is undeniably a crossover between the douche and workout communities.

        • @Hinee: There is a strong link so assumptions can easily be made. But in general yes. I mean who wants to talk about what sets they do, what they eat, how many reps they did, what supplements they take, how much they look at themselves in the mirror, etcetc. If you seem to talk about these things to other people then that makes you higher at risk of being a douchebag.

    • this is 120 watt, what would happen if you use the 1200 watt one…. plz record and post on liveleak

  • My car is in dire need of a polish and I was planning on just going and dropping ~$100 on a professional job. Instead of doing it by hand and using one of these machines, how difficult is it to do and how likely am I to stuff it up?

    • Just noticed Hoppy's is doing a wax & polish deal for $63.50. Factoring in materials I'll just get some other bastard to do it for me!
