  A superceded model. At Myer the current model is $1049 ($1000 gift cards (with the 10% bonus) plus $49 cash) - or $1039 with $61 gift card balance after paying $1100 for the gift cards). Till the 13th.

    $1039 for the latest model sounds like a much better deal than $979 for last gen model.

      2.4 Ghz (benchmark 3375) and 10 hour battery vs.
      2.26 Ghz (benchmark 3245) and 7 hour battery (battery life according to Apple).

      Speed is probably a few percent. Battery life is nice.
