  I sent a note to the seller through Catch and they replied with the below:

  Hi Luke,

  Firstly, sorry for the delay. There was a series of technical issues across the catch platform recently where a lot of companies received a LOT of false orders so we >have been going through and checking with Catch support as they determine which orders are legit or not.
