Support WIFI/GSM/GPRS Intranet Alarm System (Only support 2G GSM Network, don't support 3G Network)

  • The SIM Function DOESN'T support in Australia therefore only WIFI is available for this system, so if someone turn off your main power switch. it will let your WIFI down unless you have big battery backup the house or your WIFI router.

  • xiaomi is better choice. This kind of system cost a lot for batteries.

    • Can Xiaomi run without power? I mean without WIFI. Most security system run with battery and last for min. half day without power. most sensors use AAA battery and they last for 6 months.

  • This has a small back up battery in it, but it does not last very long, maybe about 15-20min, it only has basic alarm features, and you cannot do partial arming, also the sensor naming is very basic, and will only display preset zones if the alarm is triggered. Also if the door is open, it will not indicate this(garage door left open) will only trigger when a door is opened.

    • How do you know so much? Shit do you recommend for a reasonable price?

      • This machine is ok and price is reasonable but without using the SIM or PSTN (phone line so whenever you can't use ADSL in your area then you can't use it anymore) this machine is rubbish.

        • Plus these remote controls are rubbish too. They are not recessed.

    • This one has 500mAh Lithium Battery and the working current is less 120mA if it goes standby mode it uses less power. so where did you get 15~20mins from? It should be at least 4 hours just using the battery itself. and it has 99 zones type plus 2 guard mode. If you let the door open you will not able to turn on the alarm system and the alarm system will tell you which zone is fault.

Great little system, but ones of its biggest downfalls (aside from lack of 3G), is the fact that you can disarm it by simply pressing the 'disarm' button. No code required.

    • which is not true you can set the password to lock the screen. if you use the remote then you don't need the password.

  • Also, there IS a 3G version which is meant to work in Australia. The link is below:

    • …. And it's double the price

      • never said it was cheap buddy
