Anyone get their order through? I'm getting an error at payment (both via Credit Card and PayPal) It reads: "Unable to begin payment. We were unable to begin the payment process, please try again or contact us."
Just got mine through on Paypal. Be sure to enter your billing address from their automated system as this blocked me the first time.
Just checked it. No issues with address. I disconnected my wifi and tethered to my mobile phone's 4G just in case it was the internet connection, but I get the same error. Might have to try a new order from a different browser now.
It usually means they're out of stock. That's from previous experience and talking to their customer service workers.
I just got my confirmation email i entered details as a guest and paid through paypal if that helps at all.

The Big Buys store in Springvale has closed down. I think they may be getting out of this venture.
