Seems like a good deal. They claim the photo frame itself is worth $149.00..

Also comes with a Bonus Lotto Ticket. If anybody wins with the lotto ticket, they can give me a spotters fee of $5,000

Static ice price (aus wide search) for each is around $90.00 which makes it a total of $180.00, so still cheap.

Good buy, if you want to give as gifts for Christmas for friends/family.
