    Seems a hard on OP but I thought the same.

    The one that winds me up is the Indonesian made Colgate in Coles/Woolworths for $6 when you can buy Indonesian made Colgate in TRS and others for $1-$1.50. It used to be that you were paying a premium for Australian made compared to an import but now it’s all imported regardless.

      I would say palm oil. That's my guess. I wouldn't, don't buy it either.

        I dont know about palm oil - but this particular product used to be better/thicker when it was made in australia

    I use this or the coles 99c one. Can't pay so much for dish washing.

  I always buy home brand for dish washing detergent.

    I just use hot water and a brush. Then tea towel dry.
