So according to member ob123's findings of the filter for the Xiaomi Air Purifier from different stores:
Store | Filter | Price | Lowest Shipping | Total | Method |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
GearBest | Economic Version | US$37.58 | US$5.95 | US$43.53 | Unregistered (No Tracking) 15-28BD |
FastTech | Purifier Filter, Blue | US$20.28 | US$15.36 | US$35.64 | Au Air Express 5-10BD |
GeekBuying | Economic Version | US$32.99 | US$32.99 | US$65.98 | EMS 7-15BD |
FastTech would still be the cheapest if their sitewide discounts were still active (10% on 25/12 and 15% on 18/12/17). I have personally never bought from them so I don't know about their service.
My two cents is if you just purchased the Xiaomi Air Purifier 2 on one of the recent posts, you should wait as there surely will be other deals come up throughout next year. The filter that comes with the unit will last you at least a year anyway, just practice a cleaning routine as suggested by member julz and dcash.
FYI there are 3 filter types:
BLUE: The 'economic' version. This is the one that comes installed in the Xiaomi Air Purifier.
PURPLE: The 'antibacterial' version.
GREEN: The 'enhanced' version.
I don't know the differences and how much more benefits one has over another. Perhaps someone who has used the Purple or Green filter can comment on the quality.

Fasttech are fine. Their owner founded Dealextreme before he sold up in 2012.
