This set is made by M2:
M2 High Speed Steel (M2) is a tungsten-molybdenum high speed steel with a well balanced composition suitable for a wide variety of applications. World wide, the M2 type is by far the most popular high speed steel having replaced T1 high speed in most applications because of its superior properties and relative economy.
APPLICATIONS: Twist drills, taps, milling cutters, reamers, broaches, saws, and knives.

The store from aliexpress which pinchies mentioned has good reviews and the bit is made by M35(not sure if it is true):
Similar to M2 high speed steel but with added cobalt to increase hot hardness. Suitable for heat treatment up to 66 HRc M35 high speed steel offers excellent cutting performance.

    When you can buy real genuine cobalt drill bits from china for much less, I don't know why you'd bother unfortunately.

      link? china and genuine often point in different directions in my experience. If you know of some confirmed genuine ones Id be very grateful…Aliexpress is trail and error/ hit and miss….cheers
