  Each to their own. I like their designs and based on the stuff I have owned believe it's good quality. I never buy at full price though, the regular discounts of 10-50% have contributed to their damaged image.

      You should've returned them, like you would any other significant purchase that doesn't meet quality expectations. If you still have proof of purchase head in store, they stand by their products and may offer you an exchange / refund.

I think Oroton now rorting it. Last week there was 20% off further reductions and this clutch was $62 after discount
