I found the restrictions pretty limited and standard but each to their own.
The thing I was looking for was reduced AND had 20% off.

kitchen stuff is like carpets, inflated RRP and always on sale, hard to find actual bargains.

Tried the coupon on the Breville Smoking Gun. Didn't work — again.
I've bought 2 woks, wok burner, baking tray, buffet forks and a few other things from them over the last year or so and have never seen inflated prices on the items I was looking at. Obviously can't speak for all their stock, but I've never seen anything dodgy during my shopping experiences.
They regularly take part in 20% off sales, so I always wait for that discount to come around and compare prices with others.
After sales service has been excellent too. Very quick to respond and worked hard to fix a tricky problem I had with an Ebay sale.Yeah I understand what you mean, Kitchen Warehouse is def not the cheapest, when comes to 20% off, it only seems to be reasonable, bargains hardly ever :(….
