BF4 Premium edition is $20. Well worth it at that price

Totally agree - it's a fantastic game with a massive amount of content, and no pay to win shenanigans. Way more fun to play than Battlefield 1 IMO. Still quite a few active Australian servers most days, but we can always use fresh meat……:-)

  • ME Andromeda good game?

    • +1

I thought so. Just don't expect the old characters and old plot, treat it as a new game and you will like it.

    • Yeah definitely worth it at $25. Far better combat than the other mass effect games, good squad banter (and lots of it), story is pretty cool though a fair few loose ends that may never get tied up due to the games reception. Overall i was pretty happy with it and i paid full price, so at less than half price i think its fantastic.

  • It's USD 23.99 via Origin.com for Battlefield Revolution
I have tried to use a VPN to purchase it but get this error once i disconnect from the VPN to make the purchase (in HKD at that stage as it's only HKD171):
an error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-1513838610365/offerEntries?storeId=origin-store¤cyCode=HKD&needFullCartInfo=true&needClearCart=true&countryCode=HK 400 (Bad Request)]

Can someone recommend a work around for this?
Has anyone used a working VPN (free VPN) and purchase an Origin game via another currency (besides AUD)?

    Thanks.

    • Yeah I did this about a year ago via Singapore using a VPN. I also needed to change Origin to say my home country was Singapore too. I can't remember the exact details, but maybe just restart Origin after you make a change to the country so it restarts as Hong Kong when you give it a crack. You could also try looking up the BF1 deals for Singapore around this time of year, last year, to find the post where process was described in detail. Hope this was helpful.
