what happens if the intruder unplugs the module….?
Windows Hello is set with a pin as well, the fingerprints are stored on your computer, not the module, I'm pretty sure.
That is very sad. I hoped I could use this to save the settings from multiple devices inside the dongle and carry this as a key with me. Maybe another company will develop something similar but even wireless.
It won't work unplugged.
This is not secure at all. It will produce many "false positive" results, so it will eventually allow basically anyone to gain access with a bit of perseverance.
