    Costs a minimum of $7 to ship, add on packaging and labor and $10 isn't too bad. The bars itself is already 720grams.

    Edit: A 3kg label from AP is just over $9.

        Oats, almonds, protein powder, blend.
        Add in some sultanas, almond milk or whatever else and you've got yourself some protein bars.
