i believe you're buying a cd key that allows you to play the downloadable content.
yeah that's what i thought… but there's options for digital download and there's also the battle chest pack (which states it comes with manuals/books etc…)
there are shipping charges… it's displays it right at the end after you add in your credit card details.

i wonder if you can do the below:
1.create a new battle.net account ( also required when buying this discounted digital copy).
2.from your current wow battle.net account send a invite a friend scroll to the new account and activate the game using the scroll with 10 days free play.
3.you purchase the digital copy for $20USD on your new battle.net account.
by doing this you should receive 1 free month play time on your main account + free rocket flying mount.
you can also phone up blizzard customer service to merge the 2 accounts later if you wish
