    Do you have an example of a deal with the 10% off that is a bargain? 10% of by itself is not a deal.

        • Like I give a #### mate. I post deals every so often when I come across something which may be beneficial for the OzB community. I can see I've contributed significantly more than your grand total of 5 deals over 8 years.

    Wow. Haven't seen a deal from Co-Op since the Samsung debacle

    • I profited from that one. Received chargeback credit of $25 from my bank after repeatedly trying to contact Co-op with no response. Later on the $25 refund cheque from Co-op actually showed up.

    10% off is not enough of a discount to deal with co-op. No disrespect to the OP for posting, just letting people know to be careful ordering from co-op.
    Aus post lost my parcel - co-op didn't follow up, took weeks.
    Ordered pens - sent them all 1 at a time which I had to collect from the office.
    Items out of stock often.
    Also sold me a laptop that a display model as new with a password which I bought a new laptop as I urgently needed work done. Blamed me for the issues and have since made snide remarks in store about items being display on sale.

    • I find glasshouse candles which usually retail for $42 or so for the large ones you can get for $34 or so with the membership and 10% off. I don’t know if you can get them cheaper online but in store there’s generally no hassles.

    • I bought a bunch of stationery and I swear the doorbell was going off for the next 3 weeks.
      In one, they sent a single pencil. In another, they sent a full size box full of packing pellets to deliver 2 exercise books. Why??

      I couldn't go out for the three weeks as every day a new tracking number would appear in my emails saying delivery for today. I couldn't exactly get them from the post office as it is shut by the time I get home and on the weekend the queues are massive and the last place I wanted to be. Alas, now I have a parcel locker.

      They also charged me twice for my membership and have blatantly refused to refund it. Every time I ask, thanks for letting us know we'll do it as soon as we can, I'll just refer you on to X.

    Never ordering of this lot. Lost my online order. The store organising it never received it. Took months to get my money back
