After having just bought a Google Home Mini in store from TGG, I was emailed my tax invoice and noticed a survey link in the email to complete for $20 store credit.

I'm not sure if anyone else got this so it might be targeted but please check if you've recently bought something from TGG!

    I got an email for Survey from TGG, but no store credit upon completion. My survey is in partnership with "Reevoo" and is asking: "Would you recommend this product?"

      It’s different to that, you’ll find it in the original purchase tax invoice email, just search “$20 store credit” in your email and it’s just under the total of the invoice.

        I purchased through eBay's TGG Click and Collect, so I don't think I'm eligible for this offer.

          I bought ebay click collect X 2, and nothing.
          Bought 1 x ebay with delivery, and got one. But they said that I would receive it in 10 days time and that it would be valid for 30 days. ($20 off min. spend $50)

    I used my store credit of $20 to buy a $29 item. It went through ok despite the $50 minimum requirement. Picked up the item and got another survey for that purchase. Both purchases were either in store (after price match of course) or via TGG website.

        I got that first $20 credit by survey as well. Never bought concierge from them. Was an error on my part to use the credit on the $29 item but hey, the system didn't pick it up either.

      The invoice email came after I walked out the door. For C&C it comes when item is ready for pickup. Not sure for delivery, I assume when it is dispatched.

          TGG is quite quick. If I order during the day it's ready in a few hours. If I order after opening hours it's usually ready in the morning for my store at least.

    I am waiting on my $200 store credit from the Cyber Monday sale. It is supposed to be delivered by the 7th but no sight of it yet. The air con unit I bought is on back order. Not sure if that means I don't qualify for the store credit because the transaction isn't complete yet.

    Anyone else get an error code when trying to use the voucher? I tried to purchase something using the voucher which it accepted but when it redirected to paypal it resulted in an error and is now showing 0 voucher balance and purchase didn't go through.

    I have one, and maybe 2 (I have already offered one to a very charitable ozbargainer, and am waiting to hear back).
    The expiry is "End Date: 01/01/2018"
    Spend $50 and get $20 off. However I have used a similar one to spend $19.95 and it cost me nothing. That was online that they are not enforcing the minimum spend, but I am not sure if it would be the same in store. I can forward the email to you if you want to use it in store (Bar Code) or I can send you the code, and pin number and you can use it online.
