Was looking for Qi charger for iPhone 8/8Plus/X and saw this, it's a pretty good price.

5W only, so won't do the 7.5W that iPhones can theoretically do, but pretty cheap for a no-frills Qi Charger Pad

  personal experience for wireless chargers:
  doesn't work with case on for me. i had to take out my case to get the wireless charging to work. seems like it needs more penetration\

    My 8 Plus works fine with the case on. Even with a finger ring attached.

    Yeh, my S8+ won't charge through my Spigen Tough Armor, but will through a thin gel case (not this charger, some other from a while back). I thought "portable" meant it had a built-in battery too - even a 5k internal would make me bother buying another non-quick-charge qi charger… but no ;/
