Cascade advanced dishwashing tablets on sale. Haven't seen them on sale for a long time. Look much better than Kirkland tablets. Not sure about the quality.

    21c per unit.

Amazon reviews are not great. Some of the cheaper generics get pretty good scores on choice:

eg: Aldi Logix Complete 10 in 1 Dishwashing Tablets @ 15c per wash.

    • Aldi Logix Complete is good? Good score on chiice I can see.

  • Have a fairly new Smeg dishwasher and these leave stains on glassware. Only use Powerball

Or use a rinse-aid instead of a ball of rinse-aid calling itself a powerball. Usually much cheaper.

      • Use rinse aid as well.

  • Used to go powerball but converted to kirkland gelpacs - just as good but half the price.

These are good, almost as good as Fairy. And unlike Powerball these keep my dishwasher smelling fresh.

    • And here I was thinking I was the only one that had a weird smell after using Powerball. I didn't have the same smell with the Fairy ones.

I thought the kirlands ones were good, but then got the bags of Finish Powerballs from boxlots and they're so much better at cleaning (i thought theyre5all pretty much the same)

      … for cleaning dishes?

      You must be rich.

  • Both Fairy and Cascade are made by Proctor and Gamble. I looked it up after noticing that they look very similar. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they were almost the same thing.
