    worst port in process ever.
    2x failed to send/receive sim card, latest being told it was still 'pending'. WTF
    avoid these guys at all costs. worse than Vaya at their worst.

  • They want an account number, but when your prepaid there is no account number, you can't type Prepaid either, what else are you meant to do when porting to them?

    • I was on Kogan $4.90 30 day prepaid. I found my account number in my initial activation confirmation email. Not sure what company you're with though.

  • How to check the data allowance left?
    I am unable to locate such info from the web portal.

  • I'm really regretting changing to lycamobile, terrible customer service, I've been on hold to speak to customer service around 6 times now, for over an hour and a half each time, only to be hung up on before I can speak to someone. I'm unable to send MMS even though I've correctly set up the APN, and today I'm unable to call landline phones. Terrible. I'm going to have to switch to someone else and lose the other 2 and a half months credit that I have with lycamobile. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    • MMS is excluded from the plan. For many, that was a dealbreaker. Although I mostly use WhatsApp, Messenger etc.

  • Really glad I never activated the sim they sent me will be sticking with aldi $20 waisted I guess but not worth the headache going by other people's experience.
