  • any instore coupons Paul?

  • +2

The above doesn't apply instore, but the Shortlist going out today has two coupons on it 30% off one full priced book (ends Sunday 21/11/10) and 30% off kids licensed toys (ends Sunday 21/11/10) plus Ts/Cs apply.

  • The only thing I want from the online tore is $46.95. just under the $50 required to use the coupon :(

    • If you have paypal account, you still can get 20% off when buying online from borders. Just enter the code "BAU–PP1110"

Here is the link http://www.borders.com.au/paypal for full details.

  • Can this coupon be use for eBook or eBook reader?

    • It appears not. Come on Paul, give us 20% off eBooks like Kobo does: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/33865

      • and 20% off eReaders

        • The Kobo eReader is now $129 in Borders stores, for a limited time - you may wish to take advantage of that. We have a great range of eBooks at competitive prices - OK I know you may well be able to find examples that are not, but Stieg Larsson for between $4.95 and $7.95 is a good deal, and there's plenty more.

  • Apologies - just to be clear this is on paper books, CDs and dvds only, not ebooks, ereaders.

  • Hey REP,
How do we go about getting a price match with Amazon US?

  • Hi Craig,
    Details here:
    http://www.borders.com.au/borders-price-guarantee
    Thx, Paul

    • So I have to buy the book then claim a refund on the difference?
Is there any way to have the matched price charged from the start?

  • Hi Craig - we have now over 8 million titles on our web site. It's not practically possible to set these all against another vendor, especially when that vendor charges in another currency, which can change daily. So although it may be a little inconvenient we have to work with the process we have - the good thing is that with our scheme you get the refund back against your payment method, not sitting on your account to be used against your next purchase, which you may never make… Hope that helps, cheers, Paul
