The Kobo eReader is now $129 in Borders stores, for a limited time - you may wish to take advantage of that. Hi Craig - we have now over 8 million titles on our web site. It's not practically possible to set these all against another vendor, especially when that vendor charges in another currency, which can change daily. So although it may be a little inconvenient we have to work with the process we have - the good thing is that with our scheme you get the refund back against your payment method, not sitting on your account to be used against your next purchase, which you may never make… Hope that helps, cheers, Paul
