Yep great price same as what I paid for my Lii-500 and going by the reviews the C4 is better. If I didn't already have the LiitoKala would've jumped on this also.
Edit: couldn't resist got the C4 also :)
I got the Lii-500 for same price with the coupon on BLF :-) I think Lii-500 is a better charger because C4 seems to be discharging batteries quicker when not plugged in
I'm no expert and from the limited reading I did last night on BLF they are pretty much identical but the C4 has individual displays for each slot and the IR measurement is accurate unlike the Lii-500. It is also better at charging NiMH than the Lii-500 but I'm interested in why you think otherwise?
Edit: Oh you edited your post I see why now, cheers.
:-) Capacity measurements seems to be on the high side too based on reviews and I got the Lii-500 mostly for 18650 cells. Waiting for a deal on Astrolux MF-01 now lol.
Nice price, but does it really only have 1.5 amps total charging capacity? Maybe I'm reading the specs incorrectly.
1.5 amps seems correct but I intend to use one of my 4 spare Dick Smith 2amp power adapters that were on sale a while back and they have an AU plug too.
The Dick Smith power adapters work great on my Lii-500, will use them for the C4 also.
Thanks, good to know.
You're probably thinking of the power supply current, not the total wattage. The power supply it comes with puts out 12 volts at 1.5 amps, which is 20 watts. The charger can charge four cells up to 4.2 volts at 1 amp current, which is 16.8 watts of charging capacity.
Thanks Gearbest, bought
Discharge current: 300mA, 500mA. Does this mean it will discharge batteries? Its seems it has 3 modes only CHARGE, FAST TEST and NORMAL TEST.
Modes:
* CHARGE - Basic battery charge mode (300/500/700/1000mA)
* FAST TEST - Discharge then re-charge and measure capacity (300/500mA)
* NORMAL TEST - Charge, discharge than re-charge and measure capacity (300/500mA)

Thanks marked it as expired, there were 100 units available when I posted. Keep an eye on the other thread and ask the rep if it is possible for more units to be added as it is also listed there.
