Get it on eBay and use PANTONE for another10% off!
checked it out and this brings it down to $314.10 and you can get free delivery as well or store pick up.
How to get it down to $314.10?
want to know too

then applied the code PANTONE
Select the black version it is $349 originally,
@try2bhelpful: oh I see, this is the plastic version
@Stephen Ao: The article below talks about this. His concern was around tarnishing of the silver plastic but probably not an issue with the black. Not sure of the difference in longevity with either.
Too bad that they released the deal late. $314.10 is a good price
I ordered the phillips s9711/32 for $274.28 including delivery from amazon.fr following this deal
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/343743@Stephen Ao: Just wondering where it says metallic for the silver; couldn't see that in either discription for the products and the comparison article only talks about a plastic body version. Thanks for the info.
@try2bhelpful: I purhcased the silver one in store with shavershop and staff told me the difference
@Stephen Ao: thanks - isnt actually obvious from their description.

Silly me, but what is the difference those 2 other than the price? the one with OP posted and your link? Are they just the colour?
one is metallic body, one is plastic
thanks mate :)
Comparison between Series 7 and Series 9.
For people with sensitive skin, I will recommend the series 7 or philips 9000 series. I loved my Series 7 and then moved to the Philips which is very gentle on my skin and gives me a close shave too. You don't get the red irritation for days. I have tried the series 9 of braun, but it was brutal on my face no matter which shaving gel you used.
Good deal if you have tough skin tho
Actually Shavercheck picked the series 9 (this one) as the best for sensitive skin, even better than 7. Hope the hype is true. 😄
The series 7 had a sensitive mode same as the Philips. This series 9 always keep at max power and completely brutalizes your face if you have sensitive skin. Its a very good shaver but not for sensitive skin, buyer beware.
Guy at shaver shop told me series 9 was automatic variable intensity based on how hard you are pushing it against your face. Maybe you need to ease off?
@salem: Guy at shaver shop told me I would get Braun cash back after a month. It took 3 months.
@salem: One thing is good about Braun, you can try and return. You can also try the Panasonic LV 9N although the trimmer on that sucks
@RandomDeviation: Nothing is suitable for everyone. I am glad you like your 7 and Philips. I know I would love my series 9. IMHO, Braun’s cleaning system is definitely better than Panasonic.
make sure you're able to get replacement foils easily. that was the problem with the series 7, and apparently the replacement foils were not the same quality as the one that came with the unit.
Series 9 has been around for a while, the spare parts should not be a problem. I normally get the foils from Amazon US. It should be even easier once Amazon Australia opens… someday.
Good price but cheaper option online
I got mine delivered for around $314
Was it local stock? Not the black plastic one?
Good deal… I just came back from Singapore and bought one there, worked out to AUD $420 after s'pore gst refund :( Would have preferred this deal as it's local! Great shaver too.
