I think their reputation is quite good.

Took me about a month to get refund.
IMO, entering bogus tracking number to delay refund process was big no-no.
I thought Shopmonk had a pretty good rep here?
Was under the impression that this is getting a lack of attention (despite the cheaper price) because the other one has much quicker delivery and is Aus stock?
