Great price. The Anker power banks would be great for the Nintendo Switch right?

  • No Thunderbolt 3 Cables?

Looks like the Belkin ones are the best.

The 0.5m ones are on Benson / Nathan's list.

  • Shame about the large IR drop on the Anker Powerline+ USB-C to USB-C (A8187091)…

  • Is there any USB-C to USB-C Cables with the 5A e-Marker?

I am looking for something to charge my USB-C laptop, and Galaxy Note 8.

  • Does anyone know if the AUKEY PB-BY20 is actually any good ?
I cannot find any reviews or barely anything about it.

    • CableGeek is one of the very few retailers in the world with this new model. Here's a YouTube video I found reviewing our product: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOA1PyDOX6k (We are not affiliated with the reviewer)

  • Do you know if the AUKEY USB-C Powerbanks (PB-BY20 & PB-BY10) will charge an iPhone and/or iPad via the USB-C port with the Apple USB-C to Lightning cable?

    • We have not tested this, but its USB-C port is only 3W greater than the 12W charging you can get with a decent power bank and USB to Lightning cable.

      • Thanks - I understand that it's unlikely to be much faster via USB-C - I was more interested if it was going to work at all (e.g. if I wanted to charge two IOS devices at the same time from the powerbank - one via USB-A and one via USB-C).
I only ask this because the Anker PowerPort+ 5-Port / 60W USB-C Charger indicates "USB-C Port does not support USB-C to Lightning cables"

        • It is known that iPad Pro does not play well with third-party chargers. It's not the charger's fault — in fact, I know a few manufacturers had to give up PD spec compliance to support iPad Pro charging (we don't have any of these products).

However, iPhone 8 and iPhone X appear to be different and we have some positive reports. We still can't guarantee that though. In any case, you have two USB-A ports so you can charge two devices at the same time.

        • @CableGeek:
Thanks (altho I was thinking of the PB-BY10 model (smaller and lighter for travel)). I've got a BlitzWolf USB-C battery pack as well and I'm trying it now with the USB-C to lightning cable (with a USB-C power meter inline) and it says it's charging my iPhone at < 5V/1A (so slow charge - but at least working)
