How can they make a profit with all the eBay and PayPal fees?
What some people do is essentially abuse the paypal return policy. Buy something for a decent price, highball the resell, hopefully get a few bites and return/refund the ones which didnt sell when the time frame is near.
Profit would be shit (~9% ebay fees + paypal fee + 9% off postage fees…etc) but they think about it like this, if I sell 30 with 10$ profit each one that's 300$ which I didnt have before.
It's more of a question if you have the time and managing the risk of refunds not accepted or if you get a bad customer.
