  • "Is that a rocket in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?"
"Nah, it's just my adjustable vernier caliper."

    • Is that a caliper in your pocket or are you just measured?

    • +1

If it weren't "adjustable", wouldn't it just be a ruler?

    • +2

      measures up to 4cm

I'd hope that's not anyone's version of "happy to see [person]" haha…

  • For when you want to measure really small things.
    So no use for me😁

A real, working and moving Vernier Caliper. Great fun to use, can measures up to 4cm!
Compact design, easy and convenient for you to take.
Suitable for portable use and decoration.
Unique and practical, make you stylish and draw a lot of attention.

    • For when you want to measure really small things.
      So no use for me

Save it for use during Winter.

      • Especially after swimming in winter…

        • I don't swim during Winter, makes my nipples too perky.

        • @Scab:
Another use for this handy device!

As an extra, had a nude part in shower room scene of acclaimed short movie. Filmed in winter & hot water ran out after so many retakes… Could have used this then😱

        • @Scab: Measure your nipples.

        • @Infidel: Can we have the PH link please?

  • +2

5.5% CashRewards too so really 36.855c total for those in the know ;)

  • its 39 cents but what am I going to use it for

    • +3

"make you stylish and draw a lot of attention" Zapals

    • Measuring contest?

    • +1

      🔞Use in Dickpics…
      1. Anything will look huge in comparison
      2. Any reference to "size of my tool" will be a bit less sleazy, honest!

  • +1

    4 cm, or 7 inches.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
FWIW, handy for quick checks on bolt/nut sizes ect.

    • +6

So you're saying I should check my nuts with this😉
      Bought!

      • Alloy tho, rather than stainless china so YMMV on hot [and cold] days…

        • +3

Are you saying the temperature may affect nut size? Or measurement accuracy.

        • @Infidel: I was thinking more about blisters..

        • @Infidel:

          Def nut texture

    • With a good eye you might gauge up and guess the size, save for imperial sizes.

I got the 150mm digital calipers from Zapals last time, still waiting…..

    • +1

historically for me it has been at least 2-3 months for zapals
gearbest has been around 1-2 months

      • The digital calipers arrived today, ordered 26/10, so about 4 weeks

    • Thanks… been waiting over a month for 2 items from Zappals… nice to know it may be another month or two. :-(
Anything tech would be obsolete when/if you get it..

  • +1

Good for poking a hole in your pocket if on a keyring without a protective key wallet.

  • Suitable for decoration

Seems like they have a lot of confidence in their product, haha.

  • +1

Cheers, just the thing to chain to my drill set to check drill sizes.

    • Cause the etching on shaft wears out really quick?

      • Yes my drill bits are very well used after 30 years of being a metalworking tradesman, a lot of the larger ones even have a TIG weld running down one side to keep them from stop spinning in the chuck LOL.

  • "1 per customer" is probably worth noting in the deal description

  • +1

Okay this is getting ridiculous… for me.

I'm basically buying out of reflex now - have ZERO idea what I'd ever use this for.

  • +2

guaranteed to protect virginity (for men)

  • +3

They are abusing the term Vernier, there's no Vernier scale!
At this price it's just a small and cheap novelty caliper with a linear scale.

    • +1

I agree with you, it's not a vernier, but that is probably a blessing in disguise.

Having a higher resolution measurement doesn't really help when it isn't that accurate to start with.

    • Close enough for Government work - but not High Court….

  • If this was anywhere near accurate the jaws would be so sharp they would puncture your but cheek if you sit on your keys the wrong way :P Ouch!
