  Took me a few minutes to work it out, but explained in a horrible way.
  Basically $145 item + $149 item = $294 + $49 Shipping = $343.
  
  Basically the deal is, spend $250 and get free shipping (if the shipping fee is $49). Assume there might be some items that have higher shipping rate and are excluded from deal.
