TM is in the list of 43 or so merchants involved in the promotion provided by Amex.
If it is literally impossible to order something from TM without it redirecting to their UK site, I expect Amex will still make good on the deal (given their reputation for honouring deals where shops are involved in an Amex promotion claim not to take Amex, etc).
The terms say:

I bought it too so I guess will be ineligible for AMEX CB. But well at least I still have the offer to use with other merhants.
if it is not possible to pay at AU site, AMEX should remove tmlewin from their promotion, as it is online only offer.

I bought one of the suits. I checked a couple of suits I had , one was 40 and one 42 jacket. So went with 40 pants I went with 36 same as ones I have. I'm about your weight but about 183cm in height.
They have free returns so will exchange for different size.

Yeah I had to return something from a previous sale due to wrong size and I had to pay shipping however because I payed with paypal I could get the shipping refunded through them.
I used amex. Oh well hope I bought the right size. Do we get a choice to exchange in store?

I bought 4 shirts from a sale last year. Never really looked at them until last month, turned out all 4 were the wrong size. They let me return it at the Sydney store and issued a full refund.

Although you have to wait for the UK store to receive it to issue your refund.
Hey mate, shirts are right size. But I have a newbie question I was hoping you could answer being older;
Do white shirts normally have the seams stand out so much? The length where the buttons go through, around the armpits where sleeves join, and on shoulders where front and back meet, they all have thicker fabric since they overlap.
The result when wearing the white shirt is that you can always see these seams and it looks rather distasteful…
I was planning to wear them without a jacket now it's summer. Is this normal for shirts?
@TheOneWhoGotAway: All my shirts seem quite universal in terms of the seams. I have a white Twill and it appears to be the same compared to my other shirts. Bear in mind, the Twill fabric is thicker than other fabrics.
I would compare your shirts to the one in store to get a gauge of any difference.

I personally only wear TM Lewin shirts (especially the Twill). Quality is excellent for this price. I wear their shirts 5 days a week without any fading or shrinking. A few members on here would probably swear by their non-iron shirts too

Question about style, who wears slim fit oppose to regular fit?
I problem I find that if I have a shirt that's slightly bigger chest size (+5cm) and regular fit, it always makes me look like marshmallow man. I tuck in the shirt best I can but it comes loose every time you sit down and shift around. I think slim fit is what all those sharp 25 yo men with their blue suits must be wearing right?
I wear slim fit and find it more a normal cut and not as bellowing as a standard cut, I think the sharp 25 yo men wear the super slim fit (disclaimer: I am not a sharp 25 yo man so cannot confirm this).
I think you're referring to the 'extra' slim fit ones they offer. I find the regular fit way too baggy around the sides and I am not slim.

Went into the Sydney King St store yesterday and their offer was 4 non-iron shirts for $300 then take 30% off, so total would be $210.
Couldn't choose 4 shirts and wanted some designs that the store didn't have.
Now got 2 shirts + 2 ties for $70 - this is awesome.
Pity missed out on the AMEX cash back offer though - didn't register quick enough.
FYI it is shirts for $35, and ties for $35. It is not a shirt and a tie for $35.
Also no-one else seems to have received the Amex cashback anyway, so you are not missing much.

Was chatting with Amex on the deal and they are saying " I see that the merchant is not showing as valid for the offer" but will escalate it. Looks like we have to contact them to get the cashback. Good luck.

I think as far as Amex is concerned, they should just see that we've spent over the qualifying amount and pay the cashback… Nothing in Amex's terms and conditions saying you can't buy during sales.
We should collective lodge an enquiry to Amex. Will update when I follow up with them in 3 days as they are "investigating" the issue.
Same response contacted them today, the agent had no idea just shows as ineligible for offer… told me to contact again in 5 business days if nothing happens (they are escalating internally). Great…
Hopefully their "escalating internally" is better than Optus… which couldn't resolve a simple bonus data issue for 4 months after internally escalating every month

Good lord.. just checked out the reviews on Productreview. Everybody is trashing the brand for poor quality and attitude of the sales staff (especially the ones at the Collins street branch, which is where I chose to C&C from). Can anybody here comment on the quality of the shirts?

Hope I feel the same too :) The reason I chose to C&C instead of getting it delivered was so that I could exchange the shirts for a size that fits me better in case I needed to. Considering the reviews about the sales staff, I hope it doesn't come to that.
Great quality shirts - best I own. Some of the fabrics are better/thicker than others. I prefer the thick non-iron ones.

Perfect fit for me and for about $400 with cashrewards and amex deal you really can't go wrong. Got three shirts as well…Haven't opened them yet (will try them on tonight) but they look and feel pretty good. For $35 it's a no brainer.
Might pick up a few more once I've tried them on and worked out the fit.

Just received my shirts and they are excellent. Usually buy Rhodes and Beckitt or Herringbone and these TM Lewins are on par with those. Good fit and value for money.

Hey mate, if you haven't sorted it out yet I called my local store (Chadstone) and they are able to refund/exchange in store. Even if you opened it as long as the tag still on there.
Hey. I took mine to Chaddy. They organised a return/exchange via their main office rather than a swap in store. It was busy so assumed they didn’t have time. Received it 7 days later in the mail :)

10+ working days, still haven't received my parcel. They said to give it another 2 weeks and they can send it again / request a refund…
unlucky, mine arrived within 8 business days to Melb. On a side note an order last year 1 shirt out of 5 wasn't included and they said it was sent seperately. waited another 2 weeks and it still hadn't arrived so requested a refund, which they provided…. on the whole order by mistake.
Placed my order on the 11th of November. Order Status stills says "Processing"

i got all mine.. they are all designed for fat f**ks. Listed as slim fit…. yet looks like a fkn potato sack.

Only ever get the fitted ones, I have a slightly sticky build and they’re the only ones that aren’t too baggy. Their definition of slim fit is definitely very strange.
Makes no sense at all. The fitted isn't even that tight, but the only I could ever get close to wearing.
Just got mine and had a good chuckle because I remembered your comment. I'm generally a slim fit when I buy in store but ordered a fitted shirt and it's so baggy still lol. These 'fitted' would pass for a regular fit in Australia.
