wow super cheap…havent been able to get my ram running at 3200 ever.

Early BIOS was pretty unstable, now it's very good.

HIGHLY recommend at this price although I read that its a discontinued product.

    Either way, price is amazing…!!

    • I was able to run my 16GB Ram at 3200 on A320 chipset

      • +1

It is very much dependant on the ram you get. Ryzen gear is ram fussy. For best compatibility i suggest getting ram that is either rated at 3000Mhz or 3200Mhz via XMP with CAS timing of 14, such as the G.Skill F4-3200C14D-16GTZ, basically if it is 3000 or 3200Mhz and has a CAS of 14, it will most likely work, but do you research ;) They will be a bit more expensive, but worth it for fast ram that will be stable.

Not saying others won't work, but this is what has been discovered to be most reliable.

        • +1

Absolutely, I bought one that was compatible with Ryzen platform. It's vengance LPX the very top one in memory QVL, paid $208 after 20% off discount on ebay (Austin computers)

        • @codename47:

          I am running LPX 3200Mhz C16.

I think my Ryzen Memory Controller just doesn't have it in it.

        • @sabaramo: Interesting, mine is "Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Desktop Memory - Black - CMK16GX" and it's working fine :)

        • @codename47: Sadly I bought that ram based on this comment, turns out it works, but won't actually POST @ 3200mhz XMP and just defaults to a safe 2133mhz

        • @CyberGenesys: Mine is working fine and checked the cpuz etc to make sure its running at 3200mhz

        • @codename47: Yeah, I realise now that you were talking about a different mobo. Nice how the low end chipset supports 3200mhz but the high end enthusist one doesn't. Such is life.

        • @CyberGenesys: haha, true. I bought A320 just to use it at stock clock speed. I don't overclock my computers at all. I used the QVL list to make sure that RAM was listed and it worked perfectly fine. I have my OS on NVMe now. Love it

My understanding is that K4 is the discontinued version, this is the replacement and apparently has better ram support

  • If I hadn't just bought the Asrock AB350M Pro4 for $100, I'd be all over this! Great price.

    • Where did you get it from?
      Is it matx or atx?

      • +1

the AB350M is the mATX board. AB350 is the ATX sized.

Its a good vanilla board without too much bloat

      • +1

Via eBay as part of the recent 20% off sale. Was posted on OB. Also bought a Ryzen 5 1600 for $250 at the same time. So a CPU + Mobo for $350 delivered.

Thought this was the ITX version for a moment and got all excited. Oh well, back to the hunt I go.

  • Is it atx or microatx?

    • +1

Sadly there is nearly none (I think only 1?) microATX X370 board availble so it's fairly safe to assume if it's x370 then it's ATX.

In answer to your question, this board is ATX.

  • Bought an Intel 8400 about 3 weeks ago and having massive issues getting it. The supplier is saying it may or may not be shipped in 2 weeks :S

Kind of wished I just went AMD even though the single core performance wouldnt be as good on Adobe

    • +1

Why are so many vendors doing this these days? Just get a refund.

      • you mean resellers

      • I have definitely considered that but i already dropped $200 on the board and is sitting in my cupboard :S

The alternative is refund and buy a 8100

  • Boo, just bought it this week on the ebay Prezzy sale for $180! Cheapest I could find at the time. Ah well.
Still one of the better boards I could find with features I was after.

  • Doesn't seem to have wifi/bluetooth on board, is that the case?

  • Wouldn't be for me. I'm pretty close to pull the trigger on this…

  • That's amazing value considering the cheapest decent b350 board starts at around $115. You're paying just a little more for better VRM's and the x370 chipset.

    • My B350 from gigabyte set me back $140, three weeks ago.

This is a pretty good deal, I think.

*edit - I got it for $124. I was looking at a wrong invoice.

  • Ive got one myself had the b350 gigabyte board which is nearly the same overall its good value for money looks good if thats your type of thing.

Ive got mine with a R5 1600 pretty good value for the money and no faultd to report after a couple of months of use. Bios is very stable.

  • Ryzen 1600x $272 with code 'PEEZZY' just sayin ;)

    • Too eezzy

    • Already mentioned in this deal

I'm still amazed the washed up nobody Fatality still has these sponsor deals, he hasn't been relevant in over a decade.

    • +2

He was the first of his kind, an accomplished professional gamer. In 2000, that was unreal. He used his status and accomplishments to fund a company that would use his name to ingrain a top of the line product line-up for 10+ years. The dude was thinking long term and knew his skills had a used by date. Massively respect him for thinking long-term. It's what top skill-based streamers should be looking into now.

      • Yeah that's nice, he's still irrelevant. When he streams he gets under 100 viewers and even when he streams with Deadmouse he gets maybe 90. Irrelevant.

        • +3

I'd take money over "relevance" any day. Props to him.

  • damn it is out of stock.

  • In stock again but price has been jacked. Shame

    • it wasnt actually sold out. i remember there were more than 10 units available then all of sudden it went out of stock. shame on what they did.

  • Seems something weird or dodge went on. As they are in stock and its still 15th so what gives with this seller ?? As expired code
