    It is similar to https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/337676. To me, its just a rebadge fan. I own 2 of this https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/ronson-40cm-pedestal-fan-rdcp… which was bought for $129 each on boxing day 2016. Having used it, I must say they are pretty good and quiet.

    I've got two of these. One branded Midea (2yr warranty) and one Kogan (1yr warranty). Both exactly the same. Nice and quiet for the bedroom.

        For me yes as i am a light sleeper. I didn't buy it for the energy savings but for the quiet noise and remote. It has so many speed settings compared to just 3-4 which is awesome.
        I bought a 2nd one because Kogan had this sale a couple of weeks ago with a $20 kogan voucher and $20 bday voucher, so i paid $79.

        It is worth it in my opinion. With 2 similar models, the amount of wind generated is definitely better than the elchepo models.

        Mate, no joke, I bought this a while ago, how can I explain, it defies physics. The fan is blowing at max speed, there is no air coming out the front, only a slight wind around the edges. Never seen this before. I mean full tilt, no air is coming towards the front.

      Not even that.

      this is 28w (so ~36hrs to use 1kWh)
      Bunning/kmart $12 is 45w (so ~22hrs to use 1kWh)

      If you pay 25c/kWh for your lecky, it'll take a long time to make up that $107

    If, as Wantone says, this Kogan fan is identical to the Midea stand fan (visually looks to be so) which retails at $89, then this is not a bargain.
