Valid only for residential homes (up to four bedrooms, including two living areas and one kitchen) and small offices (up to five rooms). $10 extra charge applies for each additional room. Hostel type share houses not included. Granny flats, studio, additional units with separate “kitchen and bathrooms” incur surcharge. Surcharge will apply for "Nuisance Ants" eradication in the garden and lawn, payable directly to Cheap Pest Control Brisbane. A basic ant treatment is included on all pest control services. Infestation of any kind (e.g. American cockroach, German cockroach, fleas or ants) will be charged accordingly.
