It seems to be per kg's price is the same as per unit (e.g. 6kg,4kg)'s price. Not too sure if it is nationwide. It seems to be available at WA Metro from Coles online at this stage.

If you check with other similar products, you will find they will be listed as per unit price instead of per kg's price.
Such as the example (below):
$7/kg, $49 for per unit= approx 7kg's price.

        I went to collect and they wouldn’t give it to me despite acknowledging there was an anomaly on the website. They said their system couldn’t process an $84 ham as $14 - 1 kg

          😭 At least Coles acknowledge it was their fault. Ring up & complain - they may give you credit towards next order.

    Coles emailed saying the hams were unavailable. No Festivus miracle for me :-(.

      Lets hope its just that location, I havent had my order confirmed yet, can still modify it until 11am will see what happens. Luckily I used a debit Visa and only loaded $70 on to it (for a $55 order)

      😭 With popular deals (especially pricing error like this) - you need to get in before all the other Ozbargainers snap up the potential bargain 😭

      Just checked - order confirmed last night & email 30 minutes ago says expected delivery time around 3pm in Brisbane. Probably already packed. No out of stock notification.

        I just got a decline from commbank for a purchase over my $100 limit. Trying to work out if it’s from Coles or some other direct debit.

        • Coles declined my order before when using Commbank CC. Coles contacted me by email to arrange other means of payment, including pay driver with CC. Still got that order.

          Wait for notification email - but as hams were out of stock - unlikely to be over $100 order.

          Interesting! Did you allow substitution? If so, you may get other hams. Wait for order ready to collect email to see what it says.

        • @Infidel: I received an email mentioning substitution but it was blank for the what was substituted.

          I can't say I noticed the option select for substitution.

  • What if I don't show up for pick up collection? Will it get automatically cancelled ? I got the same email about ham substitution.

    • But did it have an item in the substitution boxes? Mine didn't. They did try and charge my card, but I have placed a purchase limit to ensure that it would not work if the price error was correct. (Hats off to Infidel for that one.)

      • No substitution too here.. Its like blank with dashes. lol. I use cash on delivery option so no card being charged at this point.

    • I believe you need to go in refuse the substitute if it's not of an acceptable value compared to what was advertised. Next make a complaint via email or phone.

      We will see. My order has been confirmed, no out of stock email, delivery time confirmed for Brisbane (still 6 hours away) - so looks hopeful. No charge to CC yet.

    UPDATE: Im shit out of ham :(

    They said that there is 0 stock supplied and an equivalent substitute couldn't be found. All the best to the rest of the $14 ham crew :)

    I had them attempt to charge my card at proper price. The invoice shows as much. Lucky for me I had put a limit on how much my card can be charged. Now I just need to ring and cancel the order.

      What happened?

      My invoice was issued this morning.

      I ordered 4 hams my invoices says they have allocated 2kgs worth.

      Actually reading it closely they have substituted the 6kg ham for 2kg of Ham per KG

        Ouch! That's why I selected no substitution on this order & limited order payment to $100 on CC in case charged full price.

        Probably just will not deliver my 3 ham🐷😭

        Should still get free delivery ($80+ order) & 1000 FlyBuys points ($40+ order) for final $32 order. Still good for me👍

          They actually called me just before and advised me of the IT/Invoicing error. Was able to cancel the order over the phone so no harm done.

      My receipt said I’d saved $118 and they had them in stock and acknowledged the anomaly but wouldn’t honour the deal.

    umm they charged me full price! like $85. I didn't take it, got to ring for a refund. where do I stand here people? annoyed as I needed that money!

  • Received ham. One 3.245KG festival ham. Was charged $30.83.
    My order was 2 festival hams(2x$9.50) and 2 full leg hams(2x$14).
    Will be returning it. Doesn't seem worth going through with the purchase since there's plenty of other deals.
    Any other options?

    • You could call and say you want a refund of the difference, but I suppose they don't have to oblige?

    Everyone that didn't get their ham, ring 1800 455 400 and complain until they give it to you.
    Seek contact from a manager, mention that you paid for it, that it was advertised etc.
    I'm sick of corporations holding us to our mistakes, yet refusing to honour theirs.
    This discriminatory bias needs to be addressed and changed and the only way we can achieve this, is via our voice being loud enough that they relinquish and change.
    Bug them upon all the social media accounts they've got going, be the equivalent of them setting debt collectors upon your arse!

    We ordered 2 and got told out of stock.

      So we ordered two, but weren't expecting any ham given the out of stock notification…just got our delivery.

      Received only one 4.5kg ham. Invoice says $28 and we bought 2 kilos. Sticker on the ham says just over $63. :)

      So messed up!

    Got a call from Coles, they Needed to cancel order due to stock.
    Confirmed cancelation was nothing to do with price.
    I called store from other phone and they verified 1 in stock and more coming every week from now until Christmas. I refused to let them cancel the order so Coles Rep suggested I modify the order to change delivery date or quantity - soon as I clicked modify, the order was effectively cancelled because item is now listed as ‘out of stock’.
    Said he knew this would happen but I can place order at new price.

    Wouldn’t have had a problem if they just admitted to pricing error, but instead spent 25mins being fairly dishonest. Pretty bad form.

    they have now taken this off their site/put it as "temporarily unavailable"so it cannot be ordered at that price. When ringing customer service, they said they will not honour the price. this deal is as good as expired
