i'm not sure i understand this product.. it's comfortable to stand on a cushy mat? I guess it makes sense if you walk around bare foot and line your whole house in these. 41 x 1000 =
I think it's cheaper and more practical to buy a comfortable pair of shoes
you place this in certain place where you most of the time stand, say the kitchen in front of the stove?

This mat can be used for a variety of purposes, but usually where you anticipate standing a fair bit. As an example, some people use VariDesks which can help with posture etc. when in front of a computer for lengthy periods of time - these desks adjust between sitting and standing positions. A mat like this would help because you're not going to be moving from that one spot. And yes, it can make a difference. We do have a few of these at work for people with those kinds of desks.
Or you can put it in front of the sink if you're the type to do dishes. Or kitchen island if you do a lot of work around it.

How does this compare with the Wellness mat available from USA / Williams Sonoma?

Yes it has similar specs to that mat, unfortunatley we only do the standing size.
What are the measurements? A large one is great on a concrete kitchen floor-helps sooth aching feet or use when working under the car in the driveway if u don't have a roller. A smaller one can be useful in the garden (kneeling to weed) and sitting on a hard floor with pets. Also good at absorbing the shock when getting wheel chairs & prams across doorway thresholds.
