Could be good, I wasn't impressed with Billy Hyde's last sale though - they quoted me the same price they had on their website for a Maton guitar and wouldn't go any lower :-| I then picked up a Crybaby for about the same price everybody else sells them for. Hope this one is different though.
thanks for the post. the last time i went to a "massive sale" at Allans music they only had really old things on sale, the sheet music was years old with dust and creases. Don't know if I will go to this one..
how hard is it to grab one of those red item deals? do you have to look for them or can u go straight to a sales person and ask them to get it for u?

there were about 20 more people behind me.. one of the guys in front got the Martin DX1 for $200!
my dad was @ the Pitt St store.. line was same length as the Bourke St store.. the bastard that got the Martin D12X1 stood outside the store and got his mate to take a pic of him with the guitar and price tag in front of the store lol.. $150
such bargains!
