I have always had difficulties trying to buy shoes from Platypus in the past, but luckily I managed to get a pair with C&C now. So, I decided to create an account for future purchases, you know, to save time and for tracking etc, but it's damn irritating to do it with their "incorrect captcha" crap! I tried it FIVE times very carefully, but each time I got the same error message. Arggh! Forget about creating an account with them then.

Well then I tried again and it told me they were no longer in stock. Very frustrating.
Anyway I was eventually able to order a few minutes later by paying with card. You really need to tighten up on the testing of your website. As a professional software tester myself these bugs and issues would be totally unacceptable to any client I have ever worked for.
