It won't be. The seat is very narrow.. It's for show, not function.

nah, covered in leather apparently… :P
Not even sure a dog would be comfortable sitting on that.
With the money saved the buyers can have their front yards concreted.
A bit too 1995 for my taste.
Maybe its just me but it doesn't look that comfortable.
