      Interesting.

      Would have cost too much in my new home, there are so many cracks..

      For anyone reading, after initial settlement (I wont define this, but say a year or two), cracking is usually related to poor drainage. Or it can be things like lintels rusting (they expand and crack nearby mortar) or inflexible adhesive (if bathroom tiles are cracked but structure OK)
