The nano 7.0's have garnered great reviews for the sport of crossfit. Love it or loathe it, they're great shoes that provide a solid amount of stability during your lifts in the gym and flexibility for the short runs.

Great overall gym shoe IMO.

    That's crossfit nano pump, you can "pump" air into the shoes. The shoe that was touted by Rousey LOL. Big fat gimmick I reckon.

      That’s a bit harsh. While the holes in her game were exposed by Holmes and Nunes, Rousey is still a world class Judoka who was a pioneer in many ways for WMMA so to dismiss her as a gimmick seems somewhat unfair.

      Edit; Oh, you meant the shoe. Yeah, they’re a big fat gimmick.
