Nope. Purchased from apple first. 14 day returns policy no question asked.
Same chip but not truly wireless
Got a set about 6 weeks ago, very happy. Sync with my watch for the gym and my phone in the car. Was too scared to go the airpods incase 1 fell out, with these they just hang around my neck when not in use.
Good earphones.
But returned mine as found the cord a bit too long and didn’t fit my ears properly (even with the wings).
