  I'm a VIP and this works for me online, but I want to buy in shop instead. I never received the email. Do you know if I'm just suppose to mention the code (or am I suppose to show this email I never received)?

    I would just mention the code in store, I'm sure they can look up their records to confirm you are a VIP.
