I've received an email from HopShopGo with a US$15 voucher on Shipping Costs. The voucher appears to be fairly generic (but I cant guarantee that it's not a once off voucher)
PS: Enter the coupon code as it is "HOP15" (all in capital letters or it would not work)
PS: Make sure that your package will arrive @ hopshopgo warehouse a few days before 15 November 2010 as the coupon can only be applied when you pay for your US > AUS shipping costs.

I have used Comgateway which is the same company.
Paypal set-up the HopShopGo website and just sell the Comgateway services.
I would use Comgateway as I would prefer to go directly with the company offering the service (And it means less money for paypal)
From when the package arrives it usually takes them 2-3 days for them to tell you that they have received it and then when you ask them to ship it out it takes them another 2-3 days to send it out so it can take a week for them to send the package to you from when they receive it.

They offer many more shipping options and because of this have always been cheaper when I have compared the two providers.
Shipito also provides a much better service. They always email me the same day they receive the package and once I have told them to send the package to me it is always send out within 24 hours (The same day if i make the request early in the morning)
I also find the Shipito website much faster and easier to use.

I can't comment on shipito because I have not used them before (I have compared both shipito shipping vs comGateway/HopShopGo and it appears that shipping is fairly similar between both companies but if you do not have a "virtual mailbox" with Shipito you are hit with a 8.50 once off fees. Furthermore they do not offer repacking @ Shipito.
HopShopGo has offered to repack my item in a smaller box as the US Store shipped my item in a huge box that would have cost a bomb to ship.
My package was logged onto the system within 24 hours of arrival (package arrived on friday and it was logged on the system on saturday). However I cant say for sure how many days it would take for them to ship the item because my package is still sitting in the HopShopGo warehouse as we speak (Sunday Midnight Portland time) I am hoping that they would ship it out by COB Monday Portland time which would be Tuesday Morning Australian Time.
Either way the $15 voucher should equate to ~40 - 50% discount for smaller/lighter items.
Do they charge for repacking? And if they do, how much is it? Cheers

also, you can opt to repack or not to repack if you don't mind paying more for shipping knowing that no one would open and move your stuff around.
