    • Never had an issue with Coles but Woolworths frequently forgets to include all the items I ordered even though they were in stock and paid for. May depend on the store your online order goes to.

    • This never happened to me with Coles. Woolies cancelled orders most of my last 6 months, so Coles is a pleasant relief.

  • +2

FWIW I no longer uses Coles online delivery. I had one delivery booked for the latest night slot (8-10pm I believe) and they arrived at 11.15pm. I complained and got an apology and a voucher for free delivery. When I used this the next (and last) time, they hadn't showed by 10pm. I called Coles and was advised that the driver was late returning to the depot to pick up the final round of deliveries by which time the depot had closed. So there would be no delivery that night. I cancelled the order and was told a credit card refund would be processed. It took another call a few days later to get the refund. So switched to Woolies and happy (so far) with the service.

  • thanks bought 3

  • Will i get any reciept? In case i need to exchange any items or refund.

  • Anyone tried to use it?
Only pay by credit card and pay on delivery options.
No 'Add promo code" button at all?!

    • No idea how to redeem them. Did you find out?

    • Same issue, waiting to hear back from coles

  • I assume, like Woolworths, the amount is not considered spend? In other words, you get no FlyBuys points for example as the $150 basket is wiped our by this code, unlike flybuys dollars that are considered a payment method?

    • Hope so, wait and try :) LOL

  • +3

Would the 18% off promo work on this

    • yes

    • +1

      No.

Excluded categories are once again the same:
Bullion , Services, Cars, Bikes, Boats , Tickets, Travel , Other Lots More Items and Gift Cards.

    • Which promo is that?

    • +1

Tried PARTY18. It doesn't work "Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again."

      • +1

Doesn't that start working at 6pm?

        • +2

That would be correct, and probably why it didn't work. Will try again then.

        • +1

          @q9707418: just tried it. Didn't work :(

        • +1

          @altomic:

Agreed! Not working for me either.

        • +1

          @Acaciabeck:
Just read in fine print excluded from 18%

  • I bought one yesterday but still haven't received the voucher. for those who have received the voucher, How long does it usually take?
    Cheers

    • Just got mine. Purchased this morning.

  • Ok so everyone, once you use the promo code at checkout you no longer qualify for the first delivery is free it charges you for the delivery as if you were a returning customer. So in fact your not saving as much as it leads you to believe. Unless you are doing click and collect i guess.

    • Same issue !

  • +1

I purchased yesterday but still not promo code, anyone else in same boat??
It does say will take up to 48 hours to send the promo code but I want to place an order so I have messaged them. Not confident that Ill get a reply tho.

  • Just got this reply DOH!!! very generic copy n paste

  • My voucher arrived y/day at 17:58. Have until Nov 30th to use.

  • -1

Unreal 24 hours since purchase, still no code. Emailed twice, very average to deal with.

  • yay, arrived

  • Not sure why Coles are making this so difficult. So I got this flybuys offer:

Any way I can somehow combine this offer & the voucher even willing to do click & collect as my daughter works there lol ?

  • Wish they'd send the voucher quicker. I'm hungry.

  • Says voucher invalid when entering it in the promo field at the checkout?

  • Can someone who has received their voucher please explain what you receive and when?

This is what I received from Coles Customer Service:

    Dear Customer
Thank you for your email relating to the evoucher.
It can take up to 48 hours for you to receive the voucher and code.
If you havent received the voucher by close of business on Monday night please call us on 1800 455 400 on Tuesday and we will investigate it further for you.

So now there's a voucher and a code??

    • They sent it via a tracking number on ebay. Mine doesn't work though, says invalid promo code.

      • I got a tracking number. Tried it, invalid too. Is that the correct code?

        • No idea. I can't find anything else that could be the code. It starts with a generic COLES then the rest what appears to be a code. I sent them a message but they've yet to get back to me.

  • I've messaged them too, still nothing. Great server - not!

Anyone else successfully redeemed their voucher?

    • Code arrived the next day morning, it started with a generic Coles then the rest appeared to be a code.My 1st order was fine, it took $150 off instantly. But for the 2nd order, the code did not apply for any reason. I would contact Coles online support tmr if charged in full amount.

      • Thanks, I'm still waiting on a response from customer service, the Code I have still doesnt work.

        • Be aware, this eBay voucher cannot combine with other coupons, even the online-store credit which you might get from an out-of-stock refund. I have been charged the full amount of my 2nd order and the customer centre refused to apply the eBay voucher for this order after I complaining about the problem.AND Don't forget to check every item you ordered, CUZ there are always things that are SUPPLIED on the invoice but you can't find in the bag!!!

  • Received a second email with the title "Your $150 Coles online Voucher from eBay " approx 57hrs after purchase.

This had the same "code" as the tracking number which now magically works, Finally!

    • Same here. The COLES part is now "Coles", same with yours? I wonder if it worked if I input Coles instead of all caps.

      • Just noticed that COLES is now "Coles" not sure what I entered. I think i just cut & pasted

        • +1

Confirmed "COLES" in capitals changed to "Coles" worked for me

  • Still have this promo going for both $150 and $250 online vouchers, I just snapped up another 2 to save for a rainy day before expiry 30 November.

  • Anyone else get the tracking email from eBay and then empty emails from Coles instead of the actual voucher codes? Oh Lord…

  • Anyone tried to use this instore to see if it'd work?

  • In the time it took for the voucher to arrive, ALL the items I had in my cart are no longer on special. I jumped from around 160 to 250. FFS.

    • +2

Also learned that the first order over $150 is free delivery. The webstore says this only applies to the 8hr time window BUT i chose a 3hr window and it discounted the $10 delivery fee.

However, when I went to add the $150 voucher code, the $10 free delivery was no longer applied. So in effect, only $20 discount. Still better than nothing.

  • +1

    Beware, I JUST LOST $200 ….

I purchased $250 e-voucher last month, but forget to check my e-mails for 2 weeks as I was in interstate during school holiday period. I think the voucher might have caught up in my spam filter, however I never received it. e-mailed [email protected] never received a response.
Opened a e-bay dispute, Coles never responded. Finally e-Bay closed the dispute saying e-voucher is not covered by money back guarantee…

    I lost $200.

    • credit card chargeback.

    • +1

After multiple e-mails and phone calls, Coles supermarkets finally re-send the e-voucher code. It is actually the "Tracking number"which is available in e-Bay order history.

      • Good to hear your matter has been resolved.

  • I have opened a dispute with Coles. So it appears they have been very clever. I purchased just over $180.00 - used my voucher successfully to pay $150 - then my Coles credit card to pay the remaining $30 odd. Now before I used the voucher I was getting free delivery - it was there and the $10 discount was shown on the screen - however - after applying the $150 voucher and paying - the $10 delivery was still applied! So the system must see my total paid as $30 and assume I am not eligible for free delivery. I call that a scam or a cockup - I will update when I the dispute is resolved.

    • This is Coles response:

"Please be aware that Ebay vouchers are not stackable. This means that the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, this includes the free delivery"
